Location Description

Broadbeach is centrally located on the Gold Coast, and lives up to the Gold Coast theme of ever changing, always amazing. A beachfront playground and a shopper’s paradise situated between dazzling Surfers Paradise and Mermaid Beach.

Broadbeach boasts one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gold Coast, fully patrolled and safe for the whole family, but with the added advantage of the surf waves of Kurrawa Beach made famous by the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships held each year in March. Boasting international hotels, Conrad Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Oasis Shopping Centre, restaurants and nightclubs and a golfer’s playground with championship courses within easy reach.

Broadbeach is also to be the recipient of an international Convention Centre to be completed by the year 2003, the contract being won by Conrad Jupiters. This together with the Jupiters Casino, luxury accommodation facilities, a maze of small businesses provides for a sound employment base.

Broadbeach is the Venice of the Gold Coast with a maze of waterways providing direct ocean access and exciting residential living for a myriad of homes and units.

Facilities
Pacific Fair Broadbeach is on the western side of the Pacific Highway opposite Jupiter's Casino. It is a shopping complex covering 17 hectares and has its own leafy walkways, outside cafes and even its own lake.

The restaurants of Broadbeach are now a major tourist attraction. In summer they spill out onto the footpath under the major shopping arcades.

Pacific Fair has its own cinema complex and at the Casino at Broadbeach, it is possible to spend many pleasurable hours eating and being entertained.

Robina train station is a short drive west from Broadbeach. Travel time from Robina to Brisbane takes around 90 minutes for the 85 km trip.
